Everything You Want to Know Before You Book

Once you get in touch, we get on a call with you and walk through everything before any money changes hands: the itinerary, what's included, what's not, the payment schedule, and the cancellation terms. Your booking is officially confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation email from us and pay an advance deposit of at least 30% of the total package cost.

Both, actually. We have ready-to-book packages for popular routes like Bali, Maldives, Chopta, and the 4 Dham Yatra. But if you want something built around your specific dates, group size, or travel style, we build that from scratch. One thing to keep in mind: the price we quote you is valid for the date mentioned in the quote. If you come back to it later, the price may have changed based on vendor rates, taxes, or fuel costs.

Every package clearly lists what's in and what's out, so there are no surprises later. As a general rule, flights, travel insurance, visa fees, tips, and personal expenses are not part of any WanderOnClick package unless we've stated that in writing. If you need extras like airport transfers, room upgrades, specific meals, or special activities, just tell us during planning and we'll arrange them as paid add-ons.

The earlier the better, honestly, because availability is only guaranteed at the time of confirmation. Our standard payment schedule also requires the full balance at least 30 days before your departure date. If you book within 30 days of travel, full payment may be needed upfront. Booking early just gives you more breathing room on both availability and payments.

If you need to cancel, it has to be done in writing via email or WhatsApp. A phone call or verbal request won't be accepted. The cancellation charge depends on how far out you are from your departure date: 15% if you cancel 45 or more days before, 25% for 30 to 44 days, 50% for 15 to 29 days, 75% for 7 to 14 days, and 100% for anything under 7 days or a no-show. On top of that, third-party costs like hotel and airline charges are non-refundable on their end regardless of when you cancel, and those get deducted before we process any refund back to you. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 to 20 business days.

Flights are not included by default in our packages. If you want us to help with flight bookings, we can do that as a paid add-on. Just let us know during the planning stage and we'll get it priced and confirmed. Whatever is added has to be agreed in writing before it officially becomes part of your package.

This is an important one to be upfront about: WanderOnClick does not handle visa applications, processing, or facilitation for any international destination. That includes (but not limited to) Bali, Australia, Dubai, Germany, the UK, and Canada. Getting your visa sorted before travel is completely your responsibility. We are not liable for any costs or losses if a visa gets rejected or delayed. We'd recommend starting the visa process as early as possible, well before your travel date.

Yes, we do. Our honeymoon packages for Bali, Maldives, and Manali are put together with couples in mind: private transfers, curated stays, and romantic dining experiences. These are not group departures. One tip: if you have specific room preferences like a sea view or a higher floor, mention it during booking. We note it and request it with the property, but room allocation is ultimately subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Yes, we can help with international flight bookings and short-term accommodation for your first few days, which is something we have done for students heading to Australia, Germany, and the UK. What we cannot do is handle your visa application since that is your responsibility entirely. Everything we arrange is as a travel facilitator, meaning the actual services are delivered by third-party providers we coordinate on your behalf.

They are safe and genuinely rewarding places to visit, but they do need some preparation. Some areas near Chitkul fall under restricted zones and require Inner Line Permits or similar documents. If a permit is not listed as included in your package, getting it is your job, not ours. We will not arrange or pay for permits unless that is confirmed in writing as part of your booking. So when you are planning with us, just ask about permits upfront and we will tell you exactly what you need.

Yes. We have solo trip options for both Indian and international destinations. For first-time solo travellers especially, we recommend going with a structured itinerary where you have a WanderOnClick coordinator you can reach on WhatsApp throughout the trip. We are available seven days a week. Just know that transportation and ground services are run by third-party providers. We coordinate and arrange everything but we do not travel with you in vehicles or on treks.

Absolutely. Group bookings are something we manage regularly. If someone in the group needs to cancel while others continue, the cancellation charge only applies to the person cancelling. That said, the per-head cost for everyone else may shift depending on how the group pricing was structured. Also, whoever makes the booking on behalf of a group takes on the full Terms and Conditions for everyone in that group.

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, so you can pay us through UPI, Net Banking, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. All payments are in Indian Rupees and GST is always disclosed before we ask you to pay anything.

You will have a dedicated coordinator from our team, either Yogesh or Aarti, reachable directly on WhatsApp. If something is not right during the trip, please tell us immediately so we can sort it out in real time. Issues that could have been raised during travel are genuinely harder to resolve once you are back home. If you do have a formal complaint after returning, send it to us in writing within 14 days and we will acknowledge it within 3 business days.

Yes. WanderOnClick is a registered online-only travel agency based in India, operating from 44/4, New B.B.M.B. Colony, Sundar Nagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, 175019. We are open seven days a week, 24 hours a day, through digital channels. Our address, contact numbers, and email addresses are all publicly listed on the website. We also make it a point to get on a call with every new customer before accepting any payment, so you always know exactly what you are getting into before you commit to anything.
